Service Description

Lace up your shoes and open your heart! We are taking it to the trails for this personalized, one hour coaching session! I've found that being outdoors creates a more relaxing and comfortable atmosphere for coaching, and adding in movement gets the energy AND conversation flowing. So I've combined all of the above to create a fun, unique, caring coaching experience for YOU. Because we will be outdoors, please dress for the weather. Things to know: When booking your session, please fill out the pre-session questionaire as fully and accurately as possible. This will help us to be able to jump right in to the good stuff during your session! After our session, you'll receive a personalized email from me. This email may include resources for you as well as reminders of things we discussed during your session. My hope is that this email feels like a hug of encouragement and affirmation for you! **Please Note: I am not a doctor, therapist, psychologist, etc. Any and all opinions, thoughts, and suggestions shared during and after our sessions are based on my own knowledge and experiences.
