The Wildfire Collective is a small, intimate, in-person community for women entrepreneurs who love what they do but don't want to feel so alone in it. The women in this room will sit across from you, hear the real thing, and not flinch. They'll challenge you, believe in you, celebrate you, and show up for you, meeting after meeting. And because life and business are completely intertwined when you're an entrepreneur, there is always space here for both. That's right, you can bring your personal celebrations and struggles along with your business ones because one usually effects the other.
As one of our members put it - other groups are like a bandaid. This group is the Neosporin. We don't just put something over the struggle, we get curious about what's underneath it so you can actually move past it and keep moving forward to what it is that you're working for or truly want. We go deep here and it's the best!

A peek inside...
Every meetup has a natural flow to it. And while there's a rhythm we generally follow, sometimes something comes up for someone that needs the full attention of the room. And that's exactly where we go. Because that's the whole point.

We celebrate. We start every single meeting here, on purpose. What's working, what moved forward, what you did that scared you... we name it out loud because it matters and because no matter how old you are, you still want gold stars and we're here to give them to you! You deserve to be celebrated.

We get honest. What's hard right now, where you're stuck, what's keeping you up at night. You won't find judgement here - just support, encouragement, and solidarity. This space is made for safety and vulnerability.
​
We go deep. This is where the magic happens. We don't just talk about the surface struggle and move on. We get curious about what's underneath it. The fear, the mindset, the belief that's quietly been running the show. I'll facilitate and ask the hard questions, and the women around that table will bring their own insight and perspective too. Some of the most powerful moments in this room come from each other.

Sometimes we'll come with a topic or intention to explore together - just enough direction to make our time even richer without losing the organic magic of what makes this group work.

And before we leave, everyone walks out with something. A focus, a next step, something small and specific to move toward before we see each other again, something you have chosen yourself. The accountability is the part the women in this group will tell you moves mountains.

Two 90(ish)-minute in-person meetings per month on the 2nd and 4th Mondays in the Brandon/Sioux Falls area

Six months of community, connection, accountability, and growth.

A small group of 8 women maximum. Keeping it intimate, personal, and close-knit by design.

Coaching and facilitation from Chrystal at every meeting, plus the kind of insight, perspective, and encouragement that only comes from a room full of women who are in it too. The power behind this group is every single person in it.

Real accountability - the kind where someone who genuinely believes in you is going to ask "so, did you do it?" and mean it.

A casual coffee meetup with Chrystal before your first meeting so you walk in already feeling at home.

Optional add-on: a monthly private 1:1 coaching session with Chrystal for an additional $200/month, bringing your total to $325/month. Private sessions are normally $297, so you save $97 every single month.

I know what it feels like to think you have to figure all of this out on your own. Like that's just part of the deal when you sign up to be a business owner. You chose this, so you carry it and figure it out on your own - the questions, the doubts, the wins that nobody around you quite understands, all of it.
