May-cember Meditation
A free guided meditation + intentional pause to bring a little calm into the season you're in.

It's fine. I'm fine. Everything is totally fine.
(she says as she adds another thing to her overflowing plate.)
May can feel like a lot. So many schedules, beginnings and endings, school programs, field trips, spring and summer sports, the general energy in the air... and somehow you're still showing up for everyone and everything - slightly overstimulated and slightly overwhelmed - but still with a smile and a snack, because "you're fine".
It's ok. I hear you. I see you. I am you. And I want to invite you to come exhale for 20 minutes.
You really are doing so much better than you think. Nothing is an emergency. You don't have to do it perfectly (there is no such thing). And you, my friend, deserve a moment that is just. for. you.

This meditation is for you if:

your to-do list has a to-do list

you've said "I'm fine" at least 3 times today but haven't really meant it yet.

May has felt like A LOT and summer is coming in HOT!

you could really use someone to tell you that you're doing an amazing job (because you are)

20mins of stress relief isn't quite enough, but it is something! And that's better than what you've had.

you simply want to enjoy (or space out for) a moment for yourself midday​​
Here’s what to expect:

a calming guided meditation to help you put down the weight of the season and come back to yourself

some much needed affirmations and a bit of guided breathing to bring in a sense of calm and grounding

a little bit of time to reflect on the experience and what you most needed to feel and hear

Find a cozy spot, bring a journal and a cup of something yummy, and give yourself permission to relax and breathe for 20 minutes.
